SHIPPING/ORDER GUIDELINES:

STANDARD ORDERS: For Standard orders without Pre-Order items all orders go out within 3-5 business days.

PRE ORDERS: For Pre-Orders we will have a product order window and once the window to Pre Order is over the product will no longer be available for purchase. Once the Pre-Order Window closes we will begin producing everyone's orders which can take about 2 weeks to make then we will ship out the orders once production is completed. If you order other products with the Pre order, they will also be sent out with your Pre-Ordered items.

REFUND POLICY : We are happy to investigate refund requests and will review them on a case by case basis. Pre-Order items are exempt from Refunds as they are made to order. If there is an issue with your product please email us and describe your issue so we can better assist you.
